They're At It Again!

Two of America's most unctuous people, Bill Maher and Alec Baldwin are are it again...

Once again these two morons continue to say and do the most ignorant things and because they are liberals, get a pass from the mainstream media while people like Paula Deen get ostracized for something she said 30 years ago.

First, camera loving Baldwin yet again throws a fit at a photographer, threatening and looming and then tops it of by calling the photographer a very unpleasant and politically incorrect slur.

Caution, language is unsuitable for most humans.

What's up your wallet, Alec?

Then there's Maher talking about the Boston Red Sox winning the World Series and the City of Boston which experienced the Boston Marathon bombing this past year:

"I also saw, so the Red Sox won the World Series, congratulations Red Sox. So the parade, they go to the place where the marathon bombing took place, they put the World Series statue there and they sing God Bless America and they say 'Boston strong' and they chant 'USA,' you know. It was again, a bad day, three people died, that's terrible. More were maimed, that's horrible, but unfortunately that happens every day, in car accidents and everything else. I mean, your city was not leveled by Godzilla"

The amazing part of this video is that noted pervert Anthony Weiner throws up his arms and says to Maher: "What's wrong with you?"

Lest we forget how the media ignores what some on the left say, here's Sean Penn's son freaking out and calling a photographer pretty much the same thing Baldwin did and worse:

Oh, you didn't hear about that?

But Mel Gibson and Paula Deen, well there's a different story.

Booing Tyler Seguin- Come on Boston, Grow Up

I was at the TD Garden in Boston last night game between the Boston Bruins and the Dallas Stars. This game featured the return of former Bruins Tyler Seguin and Rich Peverly facing their old team since being traded to the Stars last summer.

Seguin was a first round second overall pick in the 2010 NHL entry draft and by all accounts would be an up and coming star in the NHL. Seguin was the centerpiece of a trade that sent Phil Kessel to the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Seguin showed flashes of brilliance while with the Bruins, but there were issues behind the scenes. Too much partying, not enough focus were the whispers and the Bruins decided to trade Seguin and Peverly and Ryan Button to the Stars for Loui Eriksson, Reilly Smith, Matt Fraser and Joe Morrow at the end of the 2012 -2013 season.

While Seguin was in Boston, he was certainly a fan favorite and his speed made you rise up out of your seat when he turned on the jets. One of the reasons I think he was traded was when he turned on those jets, it usually resulted in Seguin skating into a defenseman who usually deflected his shot out of play.

It was maddening to watch.

Seguin was a center for his junior career and the Bruins being very deep at center put Seguin on the right wing. Seguin had a disappointing playoffs with the Bruins who went all the way to the Stanley Cup Finals in 2013 to lose to the Chicago Blackhawks in 6 games. The Bruins decided that it was time to part ways and pulled the trigger.

Start at the 5:22 mark to see the trade unfold with Bruins management

It is well worth watching especially where the scouts (and Keith Gretzky is Wayne's brother) give their assessments and opinions.

There was no animosity, no smearing by the Bruins and certainly no bad feelings from either side. It just wasn't a good fit and that was that.

When Seguin was introduced over the PA system before the game there was a small chorus of boos. During the game, the fans booed Seguin each time he had the puck.

Why?

There wasn't any acrimony with Seguin's departure. He was traded which means that the team didn't think he fit into their plans. I think the Bruins felt that Seguin was a great talent but overall wasn't going to be the dominant game changer that would change their style of play. And he certainly wasn't a classic Bruin two way player, so they made the move. I really believe that was more the reason that the stories about Seguin's partying ways.

He was 19 when he broke into the league. Give a 19 year old kid a few million dollars and prop him up to be the potential face of the franchise and most 19 year-olds would go wild. Which is what he did.

But boo him?

I don't understand. Seguin was a very good player who didn't stir any waves while he was here or cause anyone any trouble He didn't badmouth the team or the city when he was traded, he just moved on.

Come Bruins fans, save the boos for more deserving villains like John Scott, Matt Cooke and even P.K. Subban (Who I know Bruins fans would LOVE if he was here - but we do have his younger brother goaltender Malcolm in the system)

Well, Seguin got the last laugh last night, the game was tied at 2-2 after overtime and Seguin scored a goal in the shootout to tie the game again.

The Stars won the game in sudden death in the shoot out.

Who scored the game winner?

None other than Rich Peverley.

Peverley with Boston
Smile Rich you got the last laugh this time
Nobody was booing him during the game...
